List of droid models (talk - history - links - logs)
It's a giant, inaccurate, and outdated (it's been edited 8 times in the last three years) list that is covered by our various droid categories. Much of the list is speculation, as well—many of the so-called "droid models" are just pipelinks to droids with unique names.
