Hutt crime lords (talk - history - links - logs)
This article seems kind of pointless. It's not about any specific Hutt criminal organization, just broad coverage of the topic in general. We wouldn't have an article on Trandoshan bounty hunters or Corellian pilots. I propose we merge this with the Hutt article, while some of this information could also be moved to the crime lord article. Toprawa and Ralltiir 19:14, 13 July 2008 (UTC)

Dito, except if there's actually a Hutt Crimelord stereotype in the galaxy. KEJ 21:28, 15 July 2008 (UTC)- Merge! Atarumaster88

Couldn't we just make a section for Hutts on the crime lord page. That's what makes the most sense to me. Kyp 02:54, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- In response to KEJ: I noticed last night that there's a "Hutt crime lord" NPC type in Threats of the Galaxy. That doesn't change my opinion on this TC, though. -- AdmirableAckbar (Talk) 21:30, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- Hmmm... then the question is whether it's just a type of game mechanics or an IU stereotype. KEJ 21:59, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- There's definitely an in-universe stereotype. But there's also a Corellian smuggler stereotype, a Rodian bounty hunter stereotype, an Ithorian hippie stereotype, a Twi'lek dancer stereotype . . . just because there's a stereotype doesn't mean there should be a separate article for said stereotype. jSarek 23:30, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- Hmmm... dunno if I agree with you there about that not being a reason for a semarate article, but I'm also a super-hyper-inclusionist-kinda-thingy-person-guy. I mean they are obvious important parts of the "galactic culture". KEJ 13:55, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
