Death Star project (history - links - logs - delete - protect)

I feel most (probably all) of the information on this page could just be incorporated into the Death Star article if it isn't already. There's also the fact that, thanks to Catalyst, we now have actual in-universe organizations, such as the Republic Special Weapons Group and Project Celestial Power, devoted to researching and constructing the Death Star, as opposed to a page for something that only exists because the words "Death Star project" are written in just one canonical source. Taking these things into account, I feel the Death Star project page is a bit redundant and unnecessary. Cevan IMPpress (talk) 16:48, November 21, 2016 (UTC)

  4. Anyone looking for information on the Death Star's construction would go to the Death Star article and look in its History section. That is where this information belongs. "Death Star project" is just an English phrase, not an official title (in contrast to, e.g., the Manhattan Project, whose purpose is not immediately obvious upon merely reading the phrase), used in only one source.   1. The page certainly needs some work, but I think it's worth having an article that fully recaps the different facets of the construction of the Death Star.   4. I definitely think this article is necessary, once It's fleshed out, It'll be a good jumping-off point for near everything relating to the Death Star. It can hold all the subsidiaries—Project Celestial Power, Pax Aurora, etc.—under one roof and organize them better than the Death Star article can/could.
