Notability states has dialogue, doesn't state it has to be in basic. Is this a minor character, yes.   4. I'm going to have to agree with JMAS on the points raised below. This is clearly more than just a do-nothing background extra. He does play a certain role across these two stories, and he has dialogue. As JMAS notes, nothing says dialogue has to be in Basic.         • That really doesn't mean anything, to be fairly honest. Just because something unidentified appears in two sources, that's not enough to keep it from being deleted. Unidentified IG-100 MagnaGuard (history - links - logs - delete - protect)
