3966 BBY (history - links - logs - delete - protect)

I'm not sure we need to make a page that simply says that Galactic travelers were navigating hyperspace using hyperspace sextants. All the information is better suited to, and already is mentioned on, the hyperspace sextant page. All Star Wars: The Force Awakens: The Visual Dictionary says is that Maz has a four-thousand-year-old hyperspace sextant in her curio box. It seems like the use of four-thousand-years is more of a vague estimate rather than something specific. --Lewisr (talk) 15:22, September 10, 2019 (UTC)

  5. With all due respect to Lewis, the first two sentences of this TC proposal should never be considered a valid deletion reason for a year article. If a year legitimately exists in a source, it should have an article regardless of how much information it contains. That would be a dangerous precedent to set for any type of article.
