Now that we're really starting to get in a lot more information about Rogue One, I think it's time to try again on a spoiler template for the film. The previous one was thought to too wide and I agree. I propose the following, which per policy, would be finalized at {{Moviespoiler}}. I have created it at the previously used template, ROSpoiler, pending finalizing at Moviespoiler.

- Nice quote choice; I think this looks good. - AV-6R7Crew Pit 03:10, June 24, 2016 (UTC)
- The text doesn't work particularly well in that version since it ends up falling onto multiple lines in a way that isn't aesthetically attractive, IMO. Here's an alternate version below, with a different image, a more attractive color scheme, and is all-around sleeker/smaller. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 03:12, June 24, 2016 (UTC)

- Yeah, that definitely looks better. I'd be willing to go with that. ProfessorTofty (talk) 03:16, June 24, 2016 (UTC)
- Sleek, I like the pocket warning even more. - AV-6R7Crew Pit 03:19, June 24, 2016 (UTC)
- On a different but not unrelated note, why hasn't Rogue One been moved to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story yet? Brules

- Someone needs to delete that page soon or we'll have many more redirects to fix. Regarding the template however, though Brandon's looks better, I believe the text from Tofty's should remain. -- Dr. Porter

- The quote doesn't really make any sense from the perspective of a film-based template. The quote on the Episode VII one worked, but that was more of a happy accident. Absent a really fitting quote like that, we should stick with taglines. Otherwise we're getting involved in subjective preferences about what the quote should be and getting agreement on that will be needlessly complicated. Also, I've gone ahead and updated the template since there's a general consensus amongst people who have been interested in this template to begin with, and there doesn't need to be a formal consensus. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 13:39, June 24, 2016 (UTC)
- I agree with Brandon. Keeping the original quote doesn't make sense, especially without the image of Erso there anymore. Anyway, great to see the template on articles now, looks good! ProfessorTofty (talk) 18:09, June 24, 2016 (UTC)
- Sorry, I should have been more specific. I only meant the text below the quote. -- Dr. Porter

- I changed it because it forced the text onto a third line, which doesn't look good. - Brandon Rhea(talk) 21:36, June 24, 2016 (UTC)
- Are you sure? I previewed it on the template's page and it fits on the one line. Tofty's template is purposefully spread over the two lines using <br>. -- Dr. Porter
