Changelist and diff:

• Phrasing so that it's not just for video watch parties, which has been precedent for some time.
• Deformalizing attendance being mandatory to join.
• Removing editcount requirement (it's just joining a voice call, after all).
• Given it's not just watchparties, trimmed the voting process for what to watch out. These are almost always impromptu nowadays instead of formal anyway—we can and have done strawpolls before, but generally, isn't an issue.
• Mentioning usage of Events feature alongside scheduling it onsite as an option (both can be done at the same time to reach more people).
• Making some of the rules more concise without the 'assuming-bad-faith' esque language of pointing out civility and NPA; it's enough to say that all policies apply (which includes those two).

Also sidenote and not part of what's being voted on since it isn't really something that's necessary to have a vote on per se, but thoughts on having the WookieeNights page linked in the top nav under the Community section?—spookywilloww^talk 21:31, 6 March 2024 (UTC)
