I have recently been figuring out the Canon/Legends split with the 2014 version of The Official Fact File. Being in 2014, less than halfway through the mag series the Canon reboot happened. For a minute we have been assuming that almost everything is Legends, but this is not the case.
Here's the link to a spreadsheet I have been working on: (here). It details the continuity of each magazine. If you don't feel like clicking on the spreadsheet right now, here's a TL;DR:
Issues 1-16 are pre-reboot and thus Legends.
Issues 17-38 are post-reboot. They are still Legends because "Although the reboot had taken place, there is no way to write, edit, and publish a magazine in less than six months, thus, everything up to October must still be Legends as they would not be able to add Canon content."
Issues 39-61 are post-reboot and Legends.
Issue 62 is a both-continuity mag
Issues 63 and 64 are Legends
Issues 65 and 66 is a both-continuity mag
Issues 67-75 are canon
Issue 76 is a both-continuity mag
Issues 77-80 are canon
Issue 84 is canon
Issues 86-89 are canon
Issue 90 is a both-continuity mag
Issues 91-93 are canon
Issue 94 is a both-continuity mag
Issues 95-106 are canon
Please note that issues 81-83 and 85 are not currently available to myself or anyone on the Wookieepedia Discord. If you do have access to these, please comment below.
My proposal is that we propose that we add the following bullet point to the "What about...?" section of Wookieepedia:Canon policy:
- The Official Star Wars Fact File 2014. Lucasfilm has also not issued any definitive declarations about The Official Star Wars Fact File, so this material also remains publicly undetermined. Per Consensus Track vote, Wookieepedia treats certain issues as canon, some as Legends. A deeper depth into each magazine and what continuity it fits into can be seen here.

In favour. I have most of these. - Noash Retrac (talk) 13:58, 22 May 2021 (UTC)(Vote struck, reason: Per policy: Additional provisions, item 1 -- Imperators II(Talk) 15:08, 22 May 2021 (UTC))

Discussion
- So, what policy pages are changes being made on? What specific wording will be used? Also, what do you mean by "both-continuity mag"? Are we treating all info from these issues as both canon and Legends, or is there some canon-only info and some Legends-only info? I'm also concerned that this policy is being made without checking all issues. I see no reason to rush this through without first checking all issues of this series. While I appreciate your enthusiasm with this CT, it seems a little rushed to me. I'd recommend first considering the exact wording of any policy updates and to try and find access to the other issues. Tommy-Macaroni 14:12, 22 May 2021 (UTC)
- I go more in-depth to the "both-continuity" magazine in the spreadsheet. It is also not a policy change but noting which mags are canon or legends and how our pages should reflect that. AmazinglyCool

- This really needs to be a formal policy or else people will have to keep referring to this CT to find what they're looking for. I recommend looking over the suggestions of Forum:CT:Build the Millennium Falcon Canon Policy for how a CT like this should be laid out. Tommy-Macaroni 15:29, 22 May 2021 (UTC)
- I have reformatted. AmazinglyCool

- I would like for this CT to be closed so I can work on my proposal. AmazinglyCool
