I need some info sourced. Here it is: "At some point Admiral Ackbar was apparently forced to transfer his flag from RAS Home One to RAS Independence, probably due to severe battle damage in combat with Executor." That is from the Battle of Endor article. Source? Also, what does RAS stand for? Rebel Alliance ships? Chack Jadson 14:13, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
- You should have used the {{fact}} tag or questioned it on the talk page instead of the forums. - Sikon 14:34, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
- Okay, I'll do that. Didn't realize I wasn't supposed to post this here. My mistake. Chack Jadson 14:36, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
- So, it's allowed to ask "Who is the most powerful Sith?" in the Knowledge Bank, but not to search for leads related to sourcing?! I thought questions regarding articles was what the Bank was really for. Are you telling me it is meant as some sort of service for fanboys who need questions answered in stead?! Heavens. - I think it Sikon's point is the article's talk page is a better place to ask. People will more likely see it that watch the article and so forth. No doubt about adding the fact tag. -Fnlayson 17:37, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
- I figured more people would see it here. I did add the fact tag and post the question on the talk page though. Chack Jadson 18:48, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
- You might be right on that. Sorry, I didn't think you had already asked on the talk page. -Fnlayson 19:31, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
- I did that after reading Sikon's response here. But oh well. Chack Jadson 22:01, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
- Anyone got a source for this? Chack Jadson 20:27, 10 May 2007 (UTC)
- Probably based on both Ackbar and Independence's appearance in Star Wars: X-Wing Rogue Squadron: In the Empire's Service. But I don't believe the comic actually says that he is on Independence and there are other (unnamed) Mon Cals in it, one of which could be Home One. Green Tentacle (Talk) 09:07, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- I think I remember reading that in the Databank, but then again, I might be mistaken. Unit 8311 15:54, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Doesn't look like it. I've checked all references to Home One and Independence. Green Tentacle (Talk) 16:01, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Hmm. I still have a feeling I've read that somewhere before, but I'm starting to feel that there is no source. Unit 8311 16:11, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, same here. I removed it though, for the time being. Chack Jadson 20:23, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
