"That scream—"
"I feel like I've been holding it inside all my life, and that was the first time I let it go."
―Iskat Akaris and Tualon Yaluna[1]

A Force scream was a Force exertion manifested by those whose alignment was with the dark side of the Force. It was a scream, of strong frustration, rage, or grief, emitted through the Force.[1]

While sparring with Iskat Akaris at Inquisitorius Headquarters on Coruscant, the recently broken former Jedi Tualon Yaluna unleashed a Force scream that caused his opponent to collapse to the ground in a catatonic state . Akaris could still feel the physical effects sometime after she managed to stand back up. Yaluna explained that the scream felt like it had been pent up inside him his whole life and marked the first time that he had let go. Akaris affirmed the sentiment, declaring that doing so had allowed Yaluna to embrace his true self and that it felt good to let go.[1]
