Fleet Captain was a rank given to Mon Calamari officers of the Mon Cala Mercantile Fleet. Regent Dors Urtya of Mon Cala sent a transmission of King Lee-Char's final words and death to the Fleet Captains, causing a mass mutiny of the crew.[1]
