Vessex Ulgo was a Human male and Bouris Ulgo's son who served as a member of House Ulgo during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the resurgent Sith Empire. During the Alderaan Civil War Vessex tried to expose House of Thul's use of dirty methods but was stopped by an Imperial-aligned individual in the Drovis Cave.
