- "I know that look, I grew up around casinos. It's okay to call it quits, you know."
"I'm gonna turn my luck around. I just need some credits. We'll split the winnings. Honest." - ―Kay Vess to gambler
A Mon Calamari was a gambler on a losing streak[1] in 3 ABY[2] while they were in Mirogana, the capital city of the Outer Rim moon Toshara. They had grey skin and yellow eyes.[1] While on their losing streak they wore brown pants with a brown vest over a tan long sleeved shirt and white boots.[1]
In 3 ABY,[2] Kay Vess approached the gambler and told them it was okay to quit, but the gambler told Vess that they could turn their luck around and promised to split the winnings if Vess gave them credits. Knowing what it is like to be down on their luck, Vess gave the Mon Calamari some credits. Vess later returned to the gambler who had hit the jackpot and gave Vess her half of the winnings.[1]
