- "Friends of yours?"
"It's Sebulba, Sornah! Pyya and I… we used to play with a doll of him when we were kids." - ―Sornah Bocc and Volo Bolus
The Pixelito plush, also known as just the Sebulba doll, was a toy of the Dug podracer Sebulba. The Prae'tus Volo Bolus and the Twi'lek Pyya Bocc had a Pixelito plush while they lived on the planet Malastare and played with it as children. After Bocc's death, Bolus found the toy around 10 BBY and decided to display it on their podracer dashboard for luck.
Description
The Pixelito plush, also known as just the Sebulba doll, was a hand-carved plush toy effigy of the famous Dug podracer Sebulba named for[1] his home city, Pixelito on the planet Malastare.[2] The doll depicted the Dug in his brown racing outfit.[1]
History
- "I was Sebulba last time, so you can…"
"It's fine, you take him. I'll pick—"
"C'mon Pyya, no one wants to be Ben Quadinaros."
"Well, someone has to come in second." - ―Volo Bolus and Pyya Bocc
The Prae'tus Volo Bolus and the Twi'lek Pyya Bocc aspired to reach the same heights as Sebulba and played with a Pixelito plush as children while living on the planet Malastare. On one occasion Bolus offered to let Bocc play as Sebulba since the Prae'tus had used it last time they played. Bocc refused and let Bolus use the toy again, saying he'd be a different racer, which Bolus objected too, claiming no one wanted to be Ben Quadinaros,[1] a Toong rival of Sebulba.[3]
Bocc pointed out that someone had to come in second, and the pair laughed together.[1] Around 10 BBY,[4] Bolus recalled the conversation when they came across the Pixelito plush in the garage of the now deceased Bocc's mother, Sornah Bocc on Malastare. Having become a podracer themself, Bolus decided to put the Pixelito plush on the dashboard of their podracer for luck. When Sebulba later arrived at the garage to meet with Bolus, Sornah questioned who the Dug and his companions were and Bolus reminded her of the toy that they and Pyya had played with as children.[1]
