Ensign Peters was a male Human soldier who served in the Mantellian army of the Galactic Republic on Ord Mantell during the Cold War.
Biography
In 3643 BBY, Peters, along with Corporal Dregg and Ensign Ta, was stationed on Ord Mantell during a civil war on the planet. He was stationed in the Avilatan Badlands, where the Mantellian Separatist Movement planted unexploded mortar shells. He and Ta were ordered by Dregg to devise a life-or-death game of chance in the region. They were forced to challenge refugees in the area to run the mines and gather three unexploded shells.[1]
