An admissions officer for the Galactic Empire's Imperial Academy commented that she was struck by how pervasive a sense of duty and comradery was among the Empire's youth after the academy received a record number of applications for its coming semester[1] in 3 ABY,[2] with the pilot program being the most commonly chosen course. The officer was quoted during coverage of the applications on the HoloNet News by reporter Dorna Parros, who characterized her as proud.[1]
