- «Besides, I've been wishing I had someone else to play Gribblehex with. No offense, but you're terrible.»
- ―Sky-walker Che'ri to Caregiver Mitth'ali'astov
Gribblehex was a game which could be played by two players.[1] In 18 BBY,[2] aboard the Chiss heavy cruiser Springhawk, Chiss Sky-walker Che'ri, the navigator of the warship, informed Caregiver Mitth'ali'astov "Thalias" that Mid Commander Dalvu had promised the navigator that she would play Gribblehex with Che'ri while the caregiver visited the planet Ool. The sky-walker also mocked Thalias for being terrible at Gribblehex.[1]
Behind the scenes
Gribblehex was mentioned in the 2021 novel Thrawn Ascendancy: Lesser Evil, the final volume in the Star Wars: The Ascendancy Trilogy written by Timothy Zahn.[1]
