Star Wars Adventures 1: Hunt the Sun Runner was the first installment of Scholastic's Star Wars Adventures series. It consisted of a young reader novel and an accompanying game book for use with the story, and was sent out with the Star Wars Adventures Magazine Premiere Issue in October 2002.

When a legendary spacecraft appears, the planet Fondor and its moon, Nallastia, are on the verge of civil war to claim ownership. Only the Jedi Knights can solve the conflict and bring order back to the people of Fondor.
