1983 Topps Star Wars: Return of the Jedi Series 2 was a trading card set released by Topps in 1983.[1]
The set was based on Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi, and featured stills from the film and promotional photos, all within a blue and yellow border. The backs of the cards featured "Star Quiz" trivia questions from the original trilogy of movies. A sub-set of sticker cards were included, the backs of which included a portion of a larger image that could be pieced together with other cards like a puzzle.[1]
Card numbering in the set continued from the previous set.[1]
Continuity
Card 150 features an image from a deleted scene in which Imperial Commander Jerjerrod is ordered to destroy the moon of Endor.[3] An image from another deleted scene featuring Darth Vader walking through a Death Star II corridor with officers and stormtroopers is featured on card 206.
