Fete Day was a day were the galaxy celebrated the start of a new year. On the Fete Day of 15 GrS Count Dooku made a broadcast, that partially managed to get distributed amongst Republic-sanctioned Fete Day messages. The Clone Wars impacted the Fete Day greatly, as curfews and armed partols limited the celebrations.
