The Ferrixian Spiced Puffer Pig Slider first appeared as an offering available to guests at the real-world Ronto Roasters restaurant in the themed land Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, exclusively for Star Wars Nites in 2023.[3] The menu described it as "Fried Bun, Chile-marinated Pork Belly, Pickled Vegetables, Jalapeño Rings, Cilantro."[4] The dish references the planet Ferrix, introduced in the Disney+ series Star Wars: Andor.
