Felucian Falafel and Hummus Garden Spread is an entrée available at the real-world at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios^[1] starting in June 2024.^[3] The dish is described as "Chickpea Falafel, Roasted Beet Hummus, and Beet-Tomato-Cucumber Relish topped with Garlic Toum Sauce and served with Grilled Pita." The dish is distinct from the similarly named Felucian Garden Spread, which had faux meatballs instead of falafel. The Felucian Garden Spread was not seen on the Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo menu upon the debut of the Felucian Falafel dish.^[4]

In celebration of May the 4th in 2025, Disney Eats released a recipe for the dish. Ingredients not previously confirmed to be in the dish include the seasonings onion, parsley, cilantro, allspice, cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, and plant-based mayonnaise.^[5]
