This article is about the star system.
You may be looking for the Felin, a sentient species from the planet Heleth 4.
For other uses, see Feline.

The Felin system was a part of the Outer Rim Territories' Spinward sector.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Felin system was first mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square M-2.[2] It was the origin point of[3] the sentient Felinian species, which was introduced in "Limping Lady," a roleplaying adventure written by Peter Schweighofer and published in the September 1992 sixty-fourth issue of the Challenge magazine for use with West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[4] The adventure is considered noncanonical with respect to the Star Wars Legends continuity.[5]

(backup link) (screenshot) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. This article treats the Felin system as the location of one such homeworld with regard to the Felinian species.
