The Fatality was a destroyer belonging to the reconstituted Sith Empire that was carrying dozens of the highly advanced HK-51 assassin droids. Around 3668 BBY, when the Dread Masters were captured and imprisoned in Section X on Belsavis, one of their apprentices stole the Fatality and tried to rescue them, only to be shot down.
