Farrus Belisk was a doctor who served the Galactic Republic during the Galactic War.[3] Around 3640 BBY,[4] Belisk raised concerns about Imperial mining operations on the planet Ilum, which were leaking chemical runoff into the native Tauntaun habitat.[3] During the Third Galactic War around 3623 BBY,[1] Belisk was sent to Ilum as part of a survey team to investigate the wreckage of Darth Malgus's space station. Belisk was killed during the mission.[2]

Dr. Farrus Belisk first appeared in the dynamic encounter mission "Troubled Tauns," introduced in Game Update 7.7: Dynamic Worlds, released on May 28, 2025, as part of Star Wars: The Old Republic: Legacy of the Sith,[5] the eighth digital expansion to the massively multiplayer online role-playing game Star Wars: The Old Republic.[6]
