A fang eel was a type of eel. In 45 ABY, the Sullustan Suuas was caught by Grand Master Luke Skywalker and Galactic Alliance senator Luewet Wuul at the[1] D'Astan sector[2] supply depot Crossing Lanes Station while using an eavesdropping saucer listening device to spy on the pair and, when found out, Suuas looked at the listening device as if it were a fang eel.[1]
