The FSI-200 Fear Stick, or simply the fear stick, was a sharp weapon that was similar in size to a stylus or hypodermic injector and caused a powerful sensation of fear in a person stabbed with one. The device, which cost 1,500 credits, was popular with con artists and interrogators and were undetectable to scanners when powered down.[1]

In 3 ABY,[2] the thief Kay Vess came across a fear stick during her quest to find members for the Heist on Canto Bight.[3]

Behind the scenes

Fear sticks were first mentioned in Star Wars canon in Gadgets and Gear, a roleplaying supplementary sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying series that was published by Fantasy Flight Games in 2019.[1]
