Evax was a fair-skinned Human with brown hair who served as an Imperial officer[2] during the Galactic Civil War fought between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. By the year 0 BBY,[1] he became a leader in Imperial Intelligence, having a proven track record for predicting Alliance Fleet movements, and his coordination of starship maneuvers saved many vulnerable bases.[2]
In 0 BBY, Evax was aboard the Imperial Death Star I battle station during the Battle of Yavin, where Alliance starfighters attacked the Death Star over the Yavin system. He was killed in the station's subsequent destruction.[1] Evax wore the standard white uniform for Imperial Intelligence members, with a rank insignia plaque adorned with three blue and three amber tiles.[2]
