Espis Zanchal's droid

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The baron and lord Espis Zanchal of the Galactic Empire owned a droid that served him at the Zanchal Estate on the^[1] planet^[2] Coruscant.^[1] Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY,^[3] the baron was mentioned in a list of members of the Crimson Dawn criminal syndicate, prompting the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Vader to send his crew of assassins to eliminate him.^[1]

After the assassins arrived and told Zanchal of his supposed allegiance with Crimson Dawn, the baron claimed he was not affiliated with the syndicate. The Imperial lord commanded his droid to give them access to all of the Zanchal Estate's chambers, including a narglatch cat's, inside which cages containing its food, people, were. The leader of the assailants, Ankala Sahm, saw the caged individuals and began a fight with the baron's guards, resulting in Zanchal's death. Shortly after, the lord's droid helped the assassin Gee-Ninety access the Zanchal Estate's records, confirming that its owner was not a Crimson Dawn associate.^[1]
