Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

In 20 BBY, the rogue Advanced Recon Commando CT-5555 escaped from the Grand Republic Medical Facility on Coruscant, where he had been taken for evaluation by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine. While there he was set up by the Chancellor to make it look like he was about to harm him and escaped the facility. He was pursued by several Republic clone troopers and Jedi.
