Emergency Work Order

An Emergency Work Order was a special pass that allowed an individual passage to different councils on Mina-Rau to work on something urgent within that council. One was given by Kellen to Brasso for Eight Hundred Block to allow him along with Bix Caleen and Wilmon Paak to get past the Imperial Inspection.^[1]
