Eight Hundred Block was a location on the agricultural world Mina-Rau.[1] By 4 BBY,[2] Kellen gave Brasso an adulterated Emergency Work Order for the Eight Hundred Block so Brasso, Bix Caleen and Wilmon Paak could hide from the Galactic Empire, as they did not possess visas and were thus undocumented workers on Mina-Rau.[1]
