In 3 ABY,[2] the scoundrel Kay Vess won a Embargo token from a cardroom in the Hutt Cartel district of Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine. Kess also purchased a copy from the Sol D'lorak's ship in Kijimi City on the planet Kijimi.[1]

Behind the scenes

Shift tokens were created for Kessel Sabacc which first appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws. Embargo was one of several types of Shift Tokens that could be collected and used in Kessel Sabacc, an optional activity in the game.[1]
