Elvar was a male individual who lived during the Imperial Era and was the son of Karyn Sitra, a human pilot who served as part of the security of Cloud City on the Outer Rim[1] gas giant[2] Bespin.[1] In 3 ABY,[3] Elvar was young.[1]
When former Cloud City Baron Administrator Lando Calrissian traveled back to the city[1] that year[3] with Rebel Alliance members Leia Organa and Luke Skywalker, Sitra was among the pilots sent after the ship they were traveling in. After Sitra instructed the ship to either transmit clearance codes or depart, Calrissian revealed his presence and asked who he was speaking with. In response, Sitra identified themself to the former Baron Administrator, questioning if it was really him. Calrissian replied by stating it was him and asking Sitra about their son, questioning if the boy was named Elvar, which the pilot confirmed.[1]

Elvar was mentioned in the third issue of the 2020 comic series Star Wars. The issue was written by Charles Soule and published by Marvel Comics[1] on February 26, 2020.[4]
