Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A resistance movement was formed on the planet Elom during the occupation by the Galactic Empire. Resistance began when the Empire subjugated the Elomin into harsh mining conditions, although some Elomin managed to escape deeper underground into the hidden cities of the Elom. The Elom and Elomin coordinated with Rebel Alliance agents and both species cooperated to undermine Imperial efforts.[1]
