- "And what makes you think the Admonitor will still be here when they arrive? Because even now it continues to chase us. Foolishly, for it is too slow to catch us. They think to rescue you from the Ebruchi victory feast. Instead, they will lose all."
"What sort of feast?" - ―Commander Voss Parck and Creysis
The Ebruchi victory feasts were events celebrated by the Ebruchi species.[1] In 2 ABY,[2] the Ebruchi pirate captain Creysis believed he was the victor of a skirmish against the Imperial I-class Star Destroyer Admonitor of the Galactic Empire. The pirate then told his prisoner, Imperial Commander Voss Parck, that the Admonitor would be unable to save Parck from the forthcoming Ebruchi victory feast. The commander asked his captor what the feast consisted of; however, before the pirate could answer, Creysis was captured by Imperial stormtroopers.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Ebruchi victory feast was mentioned in the short story "Command Decision", published in Star Wars Adventure Journal 11 in November 1996.[1]
