Durmic spice was a type of cooking spice that could be found in Hanna City, the capital city of[1] the Core Worlds[2] planet Chandrila. During the New Republic's Liberation Day holiday[1] in 5 ABY,[3] food vendors throughout the city prepared dishes with durmic spice. As he surveyed the event, New Republic pilot Wedge Antilles smelled the spice's scent wafting through Hanna City's streets.[1]

Durmic spice was mentioned in Aftermath: Life Debt, a 2016 novel written by Chuck Wendig as the second installment in Star Wars: The Aftermath Trilogy.[1]
