Duralumin was a metal used to make speeder bike chassis.[1] During 3 ABY,[2] the scoundrel Kay Vess stole a S57 Cardinal speeder bike with a duralumin chassis from the Westhill Palace on Canto Bight.[1]
Vess later paid for the services of a speeder mechanic replace the duralumin chassis of her speeder bike with a more durable durasteel chassis.[1]
Behind the scenes
Duralumin first appeared in the canon continuity as the base speeder chassis in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws, developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft.[1]
Out of universe, duralumin is a lightweight alloy of aluminum.[3]
