Drebbin

Drebbin were horned creatures native to Dathomir. In 8 ABY, Teneniel Djo said to Luke Skywalker that they preyed on rancors, though subsequent New Republic sources described them as quarry for the rancor.

A major predator on the world, the drebbin had thick hides and evoked fear among the other species of Dathomir. In her manifesto Wild Power, Mother Talzin of the Dathomirian Nightsisters likened that Force-using sect to the drebbin in their shared disregard for those they saw as inferior.^[1]
