Drand was a female human who served in the Galactic Empire as an Investigator for the Surveillance Branch during the Imperial Era.[2] Around 18 BBY,[1] Drand was killed on the Gozanti-class cruiser, the Jurat, as it prepared to enter hyperspace above the planet Dallow.[2]
