Dr. Evazan Cosmetic Surgery was a cosmetic surgery clinic operated by Dr. Cornelius Evazan in Pons Ora, a small settlement located on the remote desert world of Abafar. The establishment was situated near the base of the Pons Ora water tower, across the street from Admiral Snackbar and in close proximity to apartment 6C.[1] By 20 BBY,[2] the clinic had gone out of business and the building that once housed it was available for lease.[1]

Dr. Evazan Cosmetic Surgery first appeared in "Missing in Action," the twelfth episode of the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars' fifth season.[1]
