Donbar was a male sergeant in the Republic Military serving in the Republic Special Forces Division of Blackstar Squad in the years following the Treaty of Coruscant. Known to be corrupt, he committed an infraction that was reported by Republic trooper Larin Moxla serving in the same Squad. He was later dismissed from service.[1]
