Biology and appearance
This brown ant-like insectoid species was distinguished by their large size and features, including a pair of mandibles, a pair of antennae, glowing orange eyes, and multiple segmented limb.[1]

By 9 ABY,[2] a member of this species nicknamed "Doctor Mandible" was living on the desert planet Tatooine, becoming a regular at Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina in the city of Mos Eisley.[1]

This species first appeared in the fifth episode of the 2019 television series, The Mandalorian, directed by Dave Filoni.[1]
