Docha Institute was an institute located on[1] the Inner Rim Territories[2] astronomical object Dunnak during the High Republic Era that hosted one of the galaxy's best medical libraries. While aboard the Elite-class research vessel Innovator[1] in 231 BBY,[3] Jedi Padawan Bell Zettifar thought about the ship's state-of-the-art facilities, including a medical library he felt was second only to Docha Institute's.[1]
Behind the scenes
Docha Institute was mentioned in the novel The High Republic: The Rising Storm, written by Cavan Scott[1] for the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase I and published on June 29, 2021.[4] Prior to its release, the institute's mention was included in a StarWars.com preview for the novel on May 21 of that year.[5]
