The Divora system was located in the Rifle Worlds, an area of the Hapes Cluster in the Slice portion of the Inner Rim. It was connected by the hyperlane known as the Great Rim Route to the Rifle Worlds' Wodan system and to the Jodaka system in the Corsair Outback.[1] The Divora system was the origin point of the game known as Divoran holochess.[2][3]
Behind the scenes
The Divora system was introduced in The Essential Atlas, a 2009 reference book authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square O-9.[1]

(backup link) (screenshot) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for Divoran holochess in relation to the Divora system.
