The Director of the Office of Extraplanetary Relations was a Selkath civil servant who was the head of Manaan's Office of Extraplanetary Relations.

During the Invasion of Manaan they were sent a message from the Director of the Office of Ethics concerning a report that the Office of Extraplanetary Relations had received about untapped kolto reserves found by the Sith Empire, and urging them to not talk about the report lest it get leaked to the press. The director ignored the Office of Ethics' director, and sent their own office wide message stating that they welcomed the Sith, and saw it as a step towards improving relations with them.[1]
