The Director of the Office of Ethics was a Selkath civil servant who was the head of Manaan's Office of Ethics.

During the Invasion of Manaan they came across a report from the Sith Empire about untapped Kolto reserves. They sent an office wide message telling everyone to stop talking about the report less the press get involved, and suggested that the office try and bury the report. They later sent a message to the Director of the Office of Extraplanetary Relations, however the other director ignored their pleas as they sympathised with the Sith.[1]
