Dipika O'Neill Joti is an actress who portrayed Depa Billaba in Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace. Footage of Billaba and other Jedi High Council members from that film was reused for Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones, although Joti filmed no new footage for the second installment.[1]
