Deep-fried gorg,[1] or deep fried gorg,[2] were a fried food of gorg that could be found on the desert planet of Tatooine, and notably on the Mos Espa Market.[1] They were also advertised and sold in the Grand Arena during the Hunters of the Outer Rim sporting event. This meat was priced at three credits on the menu of the The Restraining Bolt, an eatery found on the bottom level of the Mos Espa Waystation, one of the Grand Arena's battlefields located on the planet Vespaara.[2]

In the non-canon 2022 video game LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, deep-fried gorg is mentioned in an announcement that can be heard on any of the capital ships that have been captured by the player, with the announcer stating that the ship's cafeteria will be serving the dish as a special in honor of the vessel's new captain.[3]
