Decree 53795-2 was a order issued by Queen Ashiga[1] during 3 ABY.[2] It directed members of the Ashiga Clan to put the Kijimi City spaceports and as well as the city's Thieves' Quarter under surveillance in order to locate where the Crimson Dawn was storing the Bann Pu'dira, a stolen Ashiga .[1]
